I have been working with elite and professional athletes for over 25 years. I only use scientifically proven interventions after a thorough assessment and collaboration with the athlete; primarily based on CBT. We can work together in person or via phone/face time/zoom. I look forward to meeting you, helping assess and prioritize an intervention, and accurately evaluating progress and/or modifying interventions, as needed. The athletes that I work with are motivated and achieve their peak potential. You can be one of those athletes also. I can also work with teams of athletes and coaches on how to coach mental development also.
