Dylan is a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in Training enrolled on the BASES accreditation route with experience in providing psychological support to athletes, coaches, parents, and teams.
Enhancing performance and wellbeing are the main focuses of Dylan's consulting work, supporting people to get the best out of themselves and their skill set. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and what you want to get out of the process, whether that is something specific or just developing and exploring your mindset generally.
Dylan will work collaboratively with you to enhance your self-awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours while developing behavioural, emotional, and cognitive strategies to develop the psychological aspects of your performance. Areas we could potentially focus on include confidence, anxiety management, communication, motivation, concentration, and much more.
Working with Dylan can be done online or in person face to face. If you are interested, contact me for a free 30-minute chat about how I can help.

My son was having a hard time dealing with his emotions during football matches. It was a continuing cycle of great games up until a game with a professional club or high stakes game with his team where he would lose confidence and play at a level so far below his ability. My son told me he wanted to quit football because he didn't like the pressure of it. I found Dylan and over the course of the next 9 months he worked with my son and helped him find his confidence and re-discover his love for football. I am also grateful for the advice he provided me as to how best to support my son. I couldn't recommend Dylan enough to any parent who wants to help their child accept the realities of competition and leverage mental strategies to deal with adversity in a healthy way.
