Sport (and life) is filled with uncertainty, 'uncontrollables', and change.
I help individuals and teams cope and more importantly thrive as they navigate the ups and downs.
At the forefront is a focus on proactive and practical psychological approaches to support positive wellbeing, personal development, and performance improvements for...
YOUR-LIFE-IN-SPORT
e will explore the following areas of support..
Wellbeing first...
Wellbeing first...
In short, wellbeing could be described as how you feel about yourself and your life, and is linked to life satisfaction and happiness. A great place for us to start the support process before delving in to the next 2 areas.
Personal Development...
Personal development...
This is where we will explore and find the psychological skills to help you develop and thrive in all areas (not just sport). Remember this is about you as a person, not just an athlete.

Improving your performance...
For most of you this is probably the main reason you are seeking sport psychology support. Your performances or results aren't where you want them to be or you have experienced a setback. We can take your psychological skills that you have learnt for personal development and help you use them in your performance environment.

Thank you so much for working with our Son, he came to see you mentally exhausted, low on self esteem and confidence which was affecting his sports, school and social life. The time you have spent with him has been transformational and he a fresh prospective on football and life in general. Whilst things hadn’t turned out as planned on the pitch he is in a much better place, back the playing the sport he loves, scoring goals and has a smile on his face.Â
Thank you so much

Rebecca has worked with my 10 year old son since October. He has always loved playing rugby and more recently swimming, but in September was becoming more affected by anxiety before training, matches, and galas. The support and techniques that Rebecca has given him has been amazing, and he is making great progress in coping with his anxiety. Rebecca quickly built rapport with him, and varied the sessions according to what he needed. Â The resources she provided were adapted personally to him, and have been extremely useful. Rebecca has helped us massively as a family, and I highly recommend her, and I am extremely grateful to see my son smiling on the rugby pitch again.Â

Approached Rebecca as my daughter was going through a set back in her sport and found it hard mentally to overcome the hurdle. Rebecca was very easy to speak with initially via email who arranged a zoom call with myself and my daughter. Rebecca was really engaging, understanding and was able to listen to what my daughter was feeling and offer her support to build on this. My daughter attended a session with Rebecca and found it, fun, engaging and really liked Rebecca as she has a kind nature about her. Sadly, my daughter is taking time out of her sport as a break is well and truly needed, but we will be back in the near future to work alongside Rebecca again, as the guidance, support and help she showed my daughter was second to none. What I will say is no matter what age you are and if you are struggling in sport mentally, speak with Rebecca as she is a true professional and down to earth person. Thank you Rebecca.

I reached out to Rebecca to help my son with academy football and it's demands, Rebecca came up with several different ways to help my son understand the importance of growth mindset in fun way that my son understands, and above all to keep enjoying the experience no matter how difficult the challenges can become. This is reflected in the way my son approaches each training session and game day.
Thank you Rebecca
