I am a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in Training (SEPiT). With a master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Brunel University London, I am passionate about empowering individuals and teams to maximise their potential and thrive both mentally and physically.
I take a person-centered, inclusive approach to performance and well-being, recognising that everyone processes the world differently. My key interests include supporting athletes through long-term injury recovery, women’s health in sports, and exploring how wearable technology can enhance athletic performance. I also have a strong commitment to creating a supportive space for neuro-divergent athletes, helping them develop confidence, resilience, and strategies tailored to their unique needs.
I offer one-to-one support and group workshops both in person(depending on location) and online, providing athletes with the tools to navigate performance anxiety, overcome setbacks, and maintain a healthy balance in sport and life. My goal is to help individuals unlock their potential, perform at their best, and cultivate long-term well-being.
Let’s work together to see how I can best support you.
