Kate is an experienced physiotherapist, having worked in both the NHS and private sector. She spent time working with England Netball as a physiotherapist in their talent programme and is a keen netballer and coach herself. Kate has undertaken many post graduate courses, including a diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine and taping/strapping. As a keen sports fan and participant in a range of sports and having suffered sports injuries herself, she is aware of the frustrations of being out of the game and the importance of correct and efficient rehabilitation from injury.
