As the son of a Chiropractor, I grew up with chiropractic ‘from the cradle’ and developed a deep fascination with human biology and the nervous system. I attained my Masters Degree from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, winning the award for Research Project of the Year.
I have since undertaken extensive post-graduate training in Sacro-Occipital Therapy and Dry Needling (Medical Acupuncture), and am a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner.
In my spare time I enjoy rock climbing and spending time with our new baby girl.
