I'm the principal chiropractor at North End Chiropractic Clinic and have previously worked in the RAF as a Physical Training Instructor alongside playing professional rugby. I take a functional approach to my work, analysing how musculoskeletal inadequacies (including muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and motor control) can affect performance and pre-dispose athletes to injury. These skills combined with manual treatment techniques (including sports massage, manipulation, exercise prescription, taping etc) provide a complete care package for athletes of all abilities.
