Chantal is an experienced BASES Accredited Sport and Exercise Scientist (Psychology Support) that has worked in a variety of elite and high-performance settings. Throughout her career, she has worked as a practitioner for the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA), which involved providing psychological performance support to the professional female tennis players on the international tour. Chantal also worked for Leicester City Women’s Football Club which included providing their first team and academy support in confidence, self-management, concentration, leadership, and adopting a growth mindset to enhance player and coach performance. Within her role as Performance Psychology Lead on the Professional Footballers’ Association Injury Rehabilitation Programme at St George's Park, she also provided psychological support to male and female professional players returning to play from injury. She has provided consultancy services to England Netball, England Hockey, British Athletics, British Weightlifting and UK Motorsport on their talent development programmes and in her earlier work, she managed a mentoring and education programme for an elite athletics academy, which aimed to enhance athlete education and personal development alongside a professional career in the sport. Chantal has built excellent relationships with all the athletes and organisations she has worked with through her relaxed, relatable and non-judgemental nature, and she is committed to providing a very bespoke athlete centred approach. Chantal is able to work online with athletes worldwide and is based in London.
