Founder Katie Kilbane has a Bachelor of Arts (BA hons) from NUI, Galway, an a MSc. in Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology from the University of Limerick and is currently completing a HDip in Psychology (NUIG). Katie has been heavily involved in sport across a number of codes, also having played at inter county level for both camogie (underage) and ladies football. She holds a number of coaching qualifications such as Level 1 GAA hurling & gaelic football, as well as being a stage 3 rugby coach. Katie's coaching experience includes both Camogie and Ladies Football, as well as coaching adult womens rugby with NUIG RFC and also Portumna RFC.
Along side coaching and playing Katie has 10 years experience refereeing with the GAA & LGFA. She began refereeing rugby with the Association of Referees Connacht Branch 5 years ago, also having experience with the Munster Association of Referees for 2 seasons.
