There are two strands to service provision at UDA Psychological Services. Firstly, services to enhance the performance and well-being of athletes, sportspersons, coaches and teams can be provided. Examples of areas of focus include:

- Performance anxiety
- Difficulty managing or regulating emotions
- Choking under pressure
- Problems with concentration, focus and attention
- Reduced or loss of confidence
- Team dynamics and performance
- Dealing/coping with transitions within the sport career
- Coping with and recovering from injuries
- Learning and developing sport skills

Secondly, I can provide athletes and sportspersons with access to tailored, evidence based interventions for a range of mental health difficulties and psychological distress. Examples include depression, generalized anxiety disorder, specific phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder and (complex) post-traumatic stress disorder.

A preventative approach may also be offered to minimise the risk of adverse outcomes following key transitions such as athletic career termination or retirement.
