Julie is a BPS Chartered/ HCPC Registered Sport Psychologist with a wealth of experience providing psychological support to athletes, coaches, parents, teams and organisations in private practice.
Focused on enhancing performance and wellbeing, Julie's consulting work is about helping people to get the best out of themselves and their skills. Whether there’s something specific you’d like to focus on, or it’s more about exploring and developing your mindset more generally, sessions are tailored specifically to you and what you want to get out of the process.
Guided by your needs, Julie will work collaboratively with you to help you become more self-aware of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and develop cognitive, emotional and behavioural strategies to optimise the psychological aspects of your performance. This might include focusing on areas such as such as motivation, attention control, anxiety management, communication and confidence.
