Having graduated from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh in 2001, Alastair has gone on to work in various specialist roles within the NHS including Biomechanics and Orthopaedics. He has worked in the private sector since 2005 and has a special interest in sports medicine and musculoskeletal injuries. Alastair also holds a role at Edinburgh University's renowned FASIC sports medicine clinic working as part of a multi-disciplinary team of physiotherapists, sports physicians and sports masseuses, treating elite and recreational athletes from a wide variety of sports.
